Who we are
The Deuteronomy 646 Project is a faith-driven nonprofit rooted in one simple calling: love God fully and love people boldly.
Founded in Leesburg, Georgia, by Keith & Tonya, D646P was born from a burden for the overlooked, the underserved, and the spiritually hungry in downtown Albany. What began as obedience has grown into a consistent outreach movement serving our homeless and vulnerable neighbors through practical support and spiritual encouragement.
We are not a church building.
We are not a program.
We are a people on mission.
Our foundation comes from Deuteronomy 6:4–6 — to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, and strength — and to live that love out daily.
Our Heart
We believe:
Every person carries dignity and purpose.
Compassion should be consistent, not occasional.
The Gospel belongs outside the walls.
Revival starts with obedience.
Love requires action.
Our Commitment
We commit to showing up — month after month, week after week — in downtown Albany.
We commit to serving without judgment.
We commit to praying boldly and loving without condition.
We commit to meeting practical needs while creating space for life-changing encounters with God.
Our Vision
To see lives restored, families strengthened, and hope awakened across our city through consistent outreach, relational ministry, and the transforming power of Jesus.
We are building more than events.
We are building a culture of compassion.
And we invite you to be part of it.
